Being steadfast and strong in the midst of uncertainity

It is about getting better...

Certain instability can persist in the minds of many airsing from:

     1.  2025 elections and its related violence

     2.  SD impeachment

     3.  Arrest of DU30

     4.  Abroad Ukraine and Gaza Israel conflict

Many will worry, overthink and spill their career and their ambition to the streets.  Its time to be steradfast and strong and prove that what is within is stronger what lies outside us:   the economy, the society and external forces

Staff preferred to go on vacation rather than tackle the deal of hundreds of thousands of pesos of rewards

It is about getting better...

There was a supposed meeting for the presentation of marketing plans yesterday.   It was postponed because:   many did not prepare, one was not present she was on leave.  So I joined a group that went to their SBUs to determeine if they liked the deal or they know the proposed deal.

The question to the subordiantes were:

1.  Do they know the deal?

2.  Which is more valuable;   the vacation leave, or the huge reward.  They said they prefer the latter.

      They could not determine what is on the mind of the more senior officer regarding her value system

It beats me too...?!

Why is their life still the same? Can their attitude still be changed

It is about getting better...

I have a relative who is not very well off and all ready a widow.  She keeps on trying to sell me properties which I do not need nor do I see opportunities

I promised to make her life better by being part of a deal.  

However:

1. She failed to deliver on her commitment/assignment - ie provide the funds.

2   She has difficulty in understanding.  She calls for a meeting, and her points are pointless if not exaggerated;   She talks while I talk and so with others.   Does not understand ethics in meeting

3.  Blatant dispaly of selfishness, entitlement, despite having no contributions to the team.

Now I am not wondering any more shy she is poor and why teams would not like them/her to be part of the group.

Do you think she can still improve, be better

To be a success, you must upgrade your attitude, behavior, commitment and passion

It is about getting better...

God favors and blesses those who have the abilities and passion to pursue an opportunity that Gods present to them.

Many mistake that it is about money, its about winning a lotto ticket, a windfall.   (To eventually lose it)

Being success means:

    1.   Good habits

    2.  Being refined, respectful and desciplined

    3.  Keeping your word

    4   A person of integrity

    5.  Deep awareness of the consequence of wrong action or inaction

This post observed the behvior of the member of the team and how irritating their behavior and are blocks to the progress of the team:

    1   Twice they failed to deliver the promised financing for  the deal.  They said to look for a contractor as they have a 7 hectare property for JP and ready finacning for  P10 to 20m   None came

         They promised another tranche of much smaller amount P200,000.  Again zero and they never

bothered to inform that they failed in their promised  action.  And were not a bit bothered.

         They weakly suggested on the way to the venue:  why not PDC and to which this post replied

it is not as simple as that

   2.  Even though they had this failure:

       1.  They did the ordering without informing the finqncier

       2.   Had at the end of the transaction sign in fron of us a packging fee despite the fact that they

             failed on their deliverables

       3.  The docs of of the deal  TCT, Tax Dec, RPT Barangay resolution were not delivered prior to the

            signing payment of the consideration

With this observation, I conclude that these people who are my relatives can not succeed, unless they change their attitudes, habits and behavior.  

Wealth, richness is in the person.  Not money in the bank, mansion car.  It is what you do to yourself to improve and increase your value
