I have been a client for more than 10 years. Why do I keep writing down my data every time The clinic has not data base, customer file?

It is about getting better...

I just finished my blood exam in a diagnostic center.  I know that they use computers, may be for a show or for typing jobs.   

I have been patronizing this medical facility for the last 10 years.  But every time I go there I have to write down everything about me again and again.  The poor staff, have to ask for my senior citiaen card anytime.  Eh regular customer ako

Its unlike the procedure at an MVP hospital where you register only once.

Why have they not improved?
