This post evaluate businesses and opportunities from a mindset of yore.  Income of about P12,000 a year, raw land of P30.00/sm, housing package of P100,000.  But now most of the families own a car, earn at least P300,000= P500,000 a year.   Housing package of P1,500,000 to P5,000,000.

Call center pay of about $400,00 per month (roughly P20,000) but I compute only at P15,000 /month.  It used to be P300.00 per month salary when I began working

It is faster, easier, more efficient to change the mindset vs the infrastructures

It is about getting better...

What could be the best way effect change?   The best is via the mind.    Not having new stuff:  infrastructures, gadgets, machinery, equipment and the like.  You may change the environment but not the group think, attitudes and everything still remains the same.

Many remarked that despite the drum beating of the President in last Monday's State of the Nation Address, nothing has changed;  their lives are still the same and the government has not delivered.

What a narrow and wrong mindset.  If their mindset is still that the government/PNOY will do everything for them, that they are political dependents, then thats it.   Activists are fighting feudalism, and yet our bulk of population are still prisoners are prisoners of feudal mindset.

Are we really free

You cant change the world, Philippines if you cant change the yourself and your thinking

We will not improve if this the way our people think, and in that respect, our educational system;  our system of values has failed misereably.
