It is about getting better...

These have been the habits of the post for the last 50 years or so, but the scions have not.  What will happend to them.  They wake up at 10 am.

It not enough that you are the best, you must be leader.

This post evaluate businesses and opportunities from a mindset of yore.  Income of about P12,000 a year, raw land of P30.00/sm, housing package of P100,000.  But now most of the families own a car, earn at least P300,000= P500,000 a year.   Housing package of P1,500,000 to P5,000,000.

Call center pay of about $400,00 per month (roughly P20,000) but I compute only at P15,000 /month.  It used to be P300.00 per month salary when I began working

A lot of things have changed.  May e I have not

I have a client for more than 10 years. Why do I keep writing down my data every time?

I just finished my blood exam in a diagnostic center.  I know that they use computers, may be for a show or for typing jobs.   

I have been patronizing this medical facility for the last 10 years.  But every time I go there I have to write down everything about me again and again.  

Its unlike the procedure at an MVP hospital where you register only once.

Why have they not improved?
