It was the third time to be in this country. My impression of the country in 2011 and last week did not change. The food servers and hotel staff that I encountered lacked the Customer Service that we teach our staff and which we experience in PHL
The sentiment was experssed by a kababayan whom we had a chance to converse with in a restaurant in a reort park. We had to endure that maltreatment if in our lifetime we had to experience the country.
The advice by some bloggers is to be patient with theme and to focus seeing the attraction and igrnore these little irritation.
The counry needs tourists to boost its economy. And they are in a state of turmoil iwth most foreign companies exiting China (they are part of PRC now)
