Last year and lately I have encountered people who have not moved forward because their mindset were static
1. A relative approached me and was looking for livelihood. So I offered her to be an agent of a project but said it was too far away and the locals would have advantage. So let it be Now the project is 50 % sold out. We have just two remaining inventories for the large lots and 50% remaining inventory for small lots. As for the other agents who persisted they are now enjoying the fruits of their labor
2. We offered our staff a small but substantial com for selling lots (they are salaried) and reaching targets
They have not responded positively to this
3. There was this contractor whom I guided to have a business deal. I helped him close the deal. But he remained to be a guy who stood behind my pants and shadow. He need to be reminded and followed up and lacked guts. He was aftraid of pre selling and moving ahead. He is awaiting for validation and approval. At age of junior no such approval are needed.. FSA. Full speed ahead.
