How do you become a much better person?

Some say that great mental attitudes and mindset can help you get there;   but his podcast say that building muscle mass, having sex, burning fat will make you a better person.

I agree that physical fitness, exercising give a great sense of well being.   Your ability to get up a flight of stairs without fainting gives you a sense of pride and or making it with a fair lady.
