Feeling that post-holiday stress yet?

As we make our way back into our offices, homes, and normal life, chronic stress can really begin to take its toll.

Don't forget: the holidays "create" stress as well as fun times... and your body "processes" that stress for weeks afterwards.

But here's the really BAD news:

Research published a few days ago in the Journal of Cardiology reveals that your chronic, daily stress (just "normal living" in today's world) is WORSE for your heart than SMOKING 4 cigarettes a day...

... and EQUAL to smoking 5.

The Columbia University Medical Center found that people who said they felt chronic stress ("anxious" or "overwhelmed" were the two most common issues)
were 27 percent more likely to suffer a heart attack.

That's a HIGHER risk than smoking 3-4 cigarettes a day.

Now, here's the GOOD NEWS:

In case you missed it, I introduced you last week to Dr. Holly Lucille -- a woman Dr. Oz called "THE expert on stress", and a pioneer in the field of natural,
effective stress relief and prevention.

With all the new data coming out on stress -- how it is simply THE number one killer, and how it also contributes to your fatgain in a major way -- it's time to take action.

Fortunately for you, that "time" is ... about 7 minutes long.

Dr. Lucille's "7 Minute Stress Solution" is the absolute easiest way to calm anxiety and ease your feelings of overwhelm and fatigue.

When supplemented by her breakthrough stress relief, protection, and feel-good formula, Relacil, the effects are drastically better...

And this all happens for you in 7 short minutes.

You owe it to your health and your peace of mind to visit Holly's Solution page, here:

>>>How you can DESTROY stress in just 7 minutes

Look, I'm not bashing hour-long meditation sessions, or workouts to help ease stress. I'm a big believer in both...

But let's face facts:  few of us have TIME to do that every day... yet we ALL have 7 minutes.

That's why Dr. Lucille's new Program is such a hit with my readers -- it's short, to-the-point, and it simply works.

If you visit the special page below, you'll ALSO have the chance to claim a FREEE bottle of Dr. Lucille's Relacil Stress Relief Formula. 100% natural, without
addictive or nasty side effects whatsoever...

Here's to your awesome (and stress-FREEE) New Year!
Rob

P.S.  Let me remind of you something very important:

Most of us are making New Years resolutions... and most of us are going to make a promise to our self to drop those unwanted lb this year...

However, this will NEVER happen when stress is in high gear. Your nervous system shuts down, taking all the fatburning hormones with it...

PLUS you make more of the fat-storing hormone, cortisol.

It's a double-whammy.

That's just another reason you should make stress management your TOP priority...

...and now you can get it done in just 7 minutes.

That's 7 minutes a day to help ensure your health, your peace of mind, AND your fatloss goals.

Go here, and watch Dr. Oz talk about Holly's stress relief protocol...

  1. Biking is really something that enhances a person's mind and body, as you work on your hands and feet to make the bike move. And you certainly use your mind as you focus on the place you want to go, no matter how far or near is it. I used to remember my childhood days ( I think I was in my 4th to 5th grade then) when I am using my Dad's old bike and I am driving it all over the subdivision in Cavite where we used to live. He has that bike up to this very day though he owns a new mountain bike now and still loves using it. I admire my Dad a lot for using his bike as a form of exercise or maybe a " stress reliever" when he is not working in the office. And now he tags along my eldest child and I guess this kiddo kinda enjoys the time with his Grandad... and I find it a little sweet...=]
