It is just 5 days before Christmas.  Merry Christmas to start ups, entrepreneurs out there:  struggling to meet sales commitment, meet the bonus 13th month bonus requirements, do year end reports, finish inventory?

Really, what is the most important trait of an entrepreneur?  Audacity, determination, pleasing personality?  Communication skills?

The trait we are referring to here is PUNCTUALITY.  The ability to be at the appointed time on time. Period.  Tardy people usually sucks in their commitment or lie.  If you are on time, you are on high moral grounds and can demand respect from those who do not come on time.

Dan S Kennedy, a motivator, author, author of this article tells about what his mentor told him for being late:

1.  being dead

2. wanting to be late.

Borrowing from Dale Carnegie, if you want to win friends and influence people, be punctual

  1. Early bird catches the worm. We can do many things if we are punctual. We have to value our time or others time because we cannot bring it back once gone. If you hate waiting, then don’t let others also wait for you.
