I am very senior now and my expectation in business is that I am done after long years of mentorship, with follow up and getting fired up and kicking ass. This post expect the junior, now turning to seniors to exercise and practice leadership
I expect my subordinates to:
1. Make recommendations for sound judgement and have weighed options all ready for decision;
2. At their initiatives, fdollow up their timelines and contractors, without need for me to do the follow up
3. Me not repeating many times procedures that need to be followed.
4. Having the discipline for clarity and goals.
That is not happening yet.... Many lack determination and discipline
