GO OUTSIDE YOUR COMFORT ZONE
Suggested activities: pole dancing, kite boarding, high diving, go fly a plane (last 2 are very risky!)
EXERT YOURSELF
Some preferred activities: rowing, cross fit, 360 circuit training, triathlon
