From the Secret by Linda Byrne;  what is the   positive attitude attracts positive.  Positive people attract positive people.  In sales, if there are negative people around you:  whiners and compaliners, your group will not sell.  If you gossip and complain... Thus Dale Carnegie advise to eliminate the 3c (I made it 4c ) -  Avoid COMPLAINING, CRITICIZING, CONDEMNING, AND CHIZMIZ. 

Some suggestions on how to have positive attitude:

1.  Remember that it is you who control your attitude 

2.  Frame a situation in a positive way.   e.g.  Your first. sales presentation turned out bad;  how to frame this in a positive way -  Every sales is unique situation and will turn out differently.

3. Avoid negative press or publicity;

4.  Have a library of positive words;

5.  Conversely, remove negative words in your vocabulary:   impossible, cant, "wala" "akala ko"

6.  Avoid whiners and complainers
